Calvary Chapel Bible College

Calvary Chapel Bible College (CCBC) is a Christian college located in Murrieta, California. Founded in 1979, the college provides an education rooted in biblical truth and the teachings of Jesus Christ. The college offers programs for both undergraduate and graduate students and is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE).

The college’s mission is to equip men and women with a solid biblical foundation to serve God and His Church. Its curriculum focuses on the study of Scripture, theology, church history, practical ministry skills, and spiritual formation. CCBC also emphasizes practical ministry experience through internships and service opportunities.

At CCBC, students can pursue associate’s or bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies or Ministry Leadership. The college also offers master’s degrees in Biblical Studies, Divinity, Ministry Leadership, Theology, Christian Counseling, and Worship Leadership. Students may also pursue a Doctor of Ministry degree at CCBC.

In addition to its academic programs, CCBC offers several student activities that promote spiritual growth and fellowship among its student body. These activities include weekly chapels with guest speakers from around the world; student-led worship services; retreats; mission trips; concerts; drama productions; sports teams; clubs; and other special events.

At CCBC, students are encouraged to develop a deeper relationship with God through prayer, Bible study groups, mentoring relationships with faculty members, worship services outside of chapel hours, small groups within residence halls or off-campus locations, and one-on-one discipleship opportunities with faculty members or other students.

Ultimately CCBC seeks to develop graduates who are equipped to serve in churches as pastors or lay leaders; go into full-time Christian service such as missions work or chaplaincy; enter graduate level studies at other institutions of higher learning; or work professionally in the marketplace as entrepreneurs or business professionals who are committed to living out their faith through their daily lives.
