Emmanuel College

Emmanuel College is a private liberal arts college located in Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1919, Emmanuel is the only Catholic college in the city and has been recognized as one of the leading liberal arts institutions in the country. The college is affiliated with the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education.

Emmanuel's academic offerings are organized into four schools: Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, Nursing and Health Sciences, and Education. The school offers over 50 majors in areas such as biology, history, mathematics, psychology, political science, theater arts, business administration and more. In addition to its undergraduate offerings, Emmanuel also has an adult degree completion program and a master's degree program in education.

The campus at Emmanuel College covers an area of 25 acres and features a variety of buildings including residence halls, academic buildings, an athletics center and a library. The library houses over 200 thousand volumes including books on art history, literature, philosophy and more. The college also offers students access to numerous computer labs that feature state-of-the-art technology for research purposes.

Emmanuel College provides students with a variety of student services including career counseling services for job placement assistance as well as health services for physicals or counseling sessions. The school also has an active student government that works to promote student life on campus through various events like movie nights or lectures on topics like religion or culture.

Emmanuel College also has an active Greek Life with over 15 fraternities and sororities that host events throughout the year such as formals or philanthropic activities like food drives or blood drives. The school's athletics teams compete at the NCAA Division III level in sports such as basketball, soccer and lacrosse.
