Judson University

Judson University is a private, Christian liberal arts university located in Elgin, Illinois. It was founded in 1963 by the Free Methodist Church and was originally called Judson College. The university offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate degrees in the areas of business, education, fine arts, humanities, music, science and engineering.

The university has an enrollment of approximately 1,500 students and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The campus consists of three colleges: College of Arts & Sciences, College of Professional Studies and College of Education & Leadership. The university also offers online programs for adult learners.

Judson University offers a wide range of degree programs including associate's degrees in business administration and ministry leadership; bachelor's degrees in accounting, business administration, Christian ministries leadership, computer science engineering and psychology; master's degrees in business administration and organizational leadership; doctoral degrees in educational leadership; certificate programs in accounting and organizational development; as well as a number of other specialized programs.

Judson University also provides numerous opportunities for students to get involved with their community through service-learning projects such as Habitat for Humanity builds or volunteering at local food banks or homeless shelters. Additionally, there are several clubs dedicated to specific interests such as art appreciation or environmental awareness that allow students to explore their passions outside of academics.
