King's University College

King's University College is an independent Catholic liberal arts college located in London, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 1954 by the Congregation of St. Basil of the Roman Catholic Diocese of London, it is affiliated with the University of Western Ontario. The college offers more than 40 undergraduate and graduate programs, including a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, Master of Arts and Master of Science.

King's is known for its small class sizes and student-centered learning environment. It has a student-faculty ratio of 14:1 and an average class size of 28 students. The college also offers a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs for students to get involved in. These include sports teams such as basketball, hockey and soccer; student government; theatre productions; performing arts groups; debate clubs; and religious organizations.

The campus is located on nearly 25 acres in the heart of London's historic downtown district. It features several buildings, including the Darryl J. King Student Life Centre, which houses the library, chapel, cafeteria and other student services; the King's University College Residence Hall; classrooms; lecture halls; laboratories; offices for faculty members; and athletic facilities.

The college's library provides access to more than 400 thousand books and journals as well as online databases for research purposes. It also hosts various events throughout the year such as author readings, film screenings and art exhibitions.

King’s has a strong commitment to social justice through its Centre for Social Justice Research & Education (CSJRE). The centre works with community partners to identify areas where research can improve social justice initiatives in London and beyond. It also provides educational opportunities to students through courses such as “Social Justice & Globalization” or “Environmental Justice & Sustainability” which are offered at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
