Oak Hills Christian College

Oak Hills Christian College is a private, interdenominational Christian college located in Bemidji, Minnesota. Founded in 1971, the college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and offers Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in Bible, ministry, business and education.

The mission of Oak Hills Christian College is to provide students with an excellent education that integrates faith and learning; equipping them to serve God with their lives. The college emphasizes spiritual growth, academic excellence and practical experience. Students are encouraged to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active members of the church community.

The college offers a variety of programs including Associate of Arts degrees in Bible/Theology, Business Administration, Education (Early Childhood), Human Services (Social Work), Liberal Arts and Ministry Leadership/Pastoral Care. Bachelor’s degrees are offered in Bible/Theology; Business Administration; Education (Early Childhood); Human Services (Social Work); Liberal Arts; Ministry Leadership/Pastoral Care; Music Performance; Music Education; Psychology; Worship Arts & Leadership.

In addition to academic courses, Oak Hills Christian College offers a variety of student activities such as intramural sports teams, student clubs, music ensembles, drama productions and mission trips. These activities provide students with opportunities for personal growth and leadership development.

Oak Hills Christian College also has several resources available to help students succeed academically including tutoring services, academic advising center and career counseling center. The college also provides financial aid for those who qualify as well as scholarships for both new and returning students.

Oak Hills Christian College has a diverse student body from many different backgrounds including international students from over 20 countries around the world. The campus features a chapel where services are held several times per week as well as residence halls for on-campus living options.
