Palm Beach Atlantic University

Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) is a private Christian university located in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was founded in 1968 by Jess C. Moody, a noted philanthropist and businessman. PBA offers over 60 undergraduate majors and 35 graduate programs across its four colleges: the Rinker School of Business, the Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy, the Warren Library School, and the School of Arts and Sciences.

The university has a strong commitment to its Christian values, with a mission to “develop students for lifelong learning and service through excellence in Christian higher education”. This commitment is reflected in PBA’s core values of faith, integrity, respect, excellence and service. The library system includes two libraries: the Warren Library which houses books related to religion and theology; and the Lloyd L Gregory library which houses books related to business and pharmacy studies. Additionally, PBA offers tutoring services for all students who need help with their coursework or studying for exams.

PBA’s location in West Palm Beach provides easy access to some of South Florida's most popular attractions such as CityPlace Mall, Clematis Street District and Kravis Center for Performing Arts. The university also offers several recreational activities including intramural sports leagues as well as outdoor activities like kayaking on Lake Worth Lagoon or fishing off the coast of Singer Island.
