William & Catherine Booth College

William and Catherine Booth College is a theological college located in London, England. It was founded in 1886 by William and Catherine Booth, the founders of The Salvation Army. The college offers a range of courses and qualifications to equip students for service in the church, as well as providing training for ordained clergy.

The college is named after William and Catherine Booth, who founded The Salvation Army in 1878. William was an ordained Methodist minister who believed that the church should be active in helping the poor and needy. He was joined by his wife Catherine, who shared his vision for social justice and outreach. Together they established The Salvation Army to provide practical help to those in need, as well as spiritual guidance.
